SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the Australia and aboard. Within Australia , we use Australia post . Once your payment is verified and processed it takes 2 business days for your order to be shipped excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number. All orders of $150 or more will require a signature at delivery.Please note, Lala Zuri is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.
All Australia Post parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you’re welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise if Australia Post determine there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Lala Zuri is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Lala Zuri will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.

Cost
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.
Delivery is stated in business days, and orders must be placed before 2PM AEDT to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off time will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Please note, Lala Zuri is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. These may happen time to time and can occur in peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.
Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value. These fees are government related and out of our control. Lala Zuri are not responsible for these fees. If you can't see any taxes at checkout please make sure to confirm with our team prior to purchase should you believe you have taxes to pay.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.
STANDARD PARCELS - AUTHORITY TO LEAVE SERVICE
All standard parcels are sent through an authority to leave (ATL) service. If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Lala Zuri is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Lala Zuri will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
